I’m so glad you are here! I offer a home based physiotherapy practice in beautiful Simcoe, Ontario. I am located at 165 Lynn Valley Road.

IMPORTANT UPDATE - I am currently booking new patients the week of December 16th. This is to ensure my current caseload of patients have room to book in my schedule. New patients are unable to book their initial assessment online, so please give me a call at 519-909-0619 to book your initial assessment. Please take advantage of the waitlist feature, and I will reach out should any cancellations come up in my schedule sooner. Thank-you for your patience and understanding!.

If you are booking an initial assessment, after your booking is complete you will receive intake forms to your email address. Please complete these forms prior to your appointment to save us some time during your scheduled appointment. These can be completed directly on your phone or computer. Please also check your junk mail if you are not seeing them in your inbox after booking. If you are having any trouble with these, please give me a call.

I do offer direct billing to your insurance provider, so if you have the information available, please include your policy details in your intake forms that will be emailed to you. You will also be prompted to put your credit card on file - this will save us time at the end of your appointments to process your invoices quickly. I also offer e-transfer for those who wish to not use insurance and/or credit card payment.
