Welcome to Lynn Valley Physiotherapy!

I’m so glad you are here! I offer a home based physiotherapy practice in beautiful Simcoe, Ontario. I am located at 165 Lynn Valley Road.

IMPORTANT UPDATE - DECEMBER 2025 - I have officially begun maternity leave! I will keep this page updated when I am starting to transition back to practice. Hey, I’m Tara.

I want to see you succeed.

I’m an orthopaedic and pelvic health physiotherapist and am so proud of what I’ve built at Lynn Valley Physiotherapy. Whether you’re an athlete who just hurt their knee, or a runner who wants to optimize their performance, or even a new mom who wants to return to exercise, let me assure you that physiotherapy can help.

I have my Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University and Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University. However, I’ve learned so much more about quality physiotherapy care from being immersed in this profession over the last decade; more than I ever learned from a lecture or textbook in school.
