Welcome to Lynn Valley Physiotherapy!

I’m so glad you are here! I offer a home based physiotherapy practice in beautiful Simcoe, Ontario. I am located at 165 Lynn Valley Road.

IMPORTANT UPDATE - JULY 2026 - I am slowly transitioning back to practice following maternity leave. If you are an existing patient, to the best of your ability please use this page to book your own appointments. If you are having any trouble navigating the online booking system, don’t hesitate to text or call me at 519-909-0619.

For new patients, I am unable to book new patient assessments at this time. Please add yourself to the waitlist and I will be in contact when an opening becomes available.

Hey, I’m Tara.

I want to see you succeed.

I’m an orthopaedic and pelvic health physiotherapist and am so proud of what I’ve built at Lynn Valley Physiotherapy. Whether you’re an athlete who just hurt their knee, or a runner who wants to optimize their performance, or even a new mom who wants to return to exercise, let me assure you that physiotherapy can help.

I have my Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University and Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University. However, I’ve learned so much more about quality physiotherapy care from being immersed in this profession over the last decade; more than I ever learned from a lecture or textbook in school.
